&quot;At Ease&quot; - This allows the participants to leave the attention posture, a good way to get people out is to make a different call before calling at ease, everyone who moves is then out.
&quot;Jellyfish&quot; - You have to get on your back and wave your arms and legs in the air. This one doesn&#039;t actually get people out, but it&#039;s a really fun way to loosen the participants up by making them look ridiculous.</description>
